Steel fabrication

A steel structure looks simple, but moving it from idea to reality takes a coordinated workflow.

1. Brief & Survey

Client meeting, site visit, dimensions confirmed.

2. Design & Engineering

Drawings produced. Structural engineer signs off on member sizing and loads. Drawings shared for client approval before fabrication.

3. Procurement

Steel ordered to spec. Mill certificates verified.

4. Fabrication

Cutting, drilling, welding, finishing. QC inspections at key checkpoints.

5. Surface Treatment

Shot blasting, primer, top coat. Components prepared for transport.

6. Site Installation

Components transported, off-loaded, erected in sequence. Engineer signs off on alignment and bolted joints.

7. Handover

Final walk-through. Documentation handed over: as-builts, weld inspection records, paint spec, maintenance recommendations.
